Planetside files

Is there some way to extract the planetside graphics files. Im making a planetside XP themepack and i need all the graphics menus and stuff available to make it as good as possible. Could someone help me?

I know its not an idealab thing but then again it is a planetside skin for XP/Vista

Secant managed to do it and posted a guide on it (which did work), but the files are no longer on his site. Try sending him a PM through here.
