These are ideas i have seen other people post, including Hayoo, a few ideas are mine..maybe heh. I have flushed these ideas out i think to a fair extent. Comments please.
BTW: most of my ideas are tied together. Do not flame saying whats the point of that, until you read the entire post. ty

New Base Designs/Layout
Cliff Type Base:
Built into the face of a cliff.
Multiple air terms coming out of cliff face part way up.
Disguised land term exit.
Bunkers become entrance to base, from above and below.
No CY=No mass veh.
New use for bunkers and grenades.
New emphasis on Foot Soldiers and Teamwork.

Its Rocket Pods have been ripped off and replaced with Torpedos Launchers.

New Concepts:
Passengers of Vehicles:
Passengers can repair veh they are in(deli, gal, transport, not cruiser) but only if they are engineers and they have the proper tools and ammo. This will take the same amount of ammo as repairing from outside, but it will repair less damage.

New Warp Technology:
A new technology has been discovered, allowing the teleportation of Soldiers across the battle field.
Soldiers can teleport to any Deployed Advanced Warp Vehicle
The VS have used this Technology with a bit of Vanu Artifacts and have created a reaver that can also use this system.

New Base Defenses:
AA Flak Cannons:
Think Lib rear gunner but with 4 flak barrels around it
2 modes:
Proximity Detonation
Detonates at 25m from unit after arming at 50m from barrel
Set Detonation
Detonates after a set distance
ie. lib at 250m, set to explode at 250m to explode right around lib
This mode is much more precise but requires a spoter
Torpedo Launchers:
Amored glass dome underwater.
No lock-on.
Fires straight(mostly, swerves around a bit)
270 degree turning
no up or down aiming adjustments
Machineguns:
Placed along wall and on barriers around base. Also some inside in strategic positions.
Cannot be used from opposite side of barriers
ie. attack can overrun area but not use Machine to shoot defense in base.
Rocket Launchers:
Placed sparignly around base for AV Defense.
cannot be turned around for attack.

New Melee Attacks:
Ability of Stealths to KO an opponent from behind only.(obviously no MAXs)
People that are KO'ed become a ghost that cannot talk.
They can wander the area imediatly surrounding where they were.
They will wake-up in 2 minutes.
They can respawn at sanc at any time, but they cannot talk for 30more secs.
When KO'ed, people can be looted or left alone, or even carried
(Early Dawn's Idea to carry Wounded *i think*) to a hidden spot.
Ability of anyone to use a knife to stealth kill someone.
Person's respawn is automatically set to 35 secs.
Can't talk for 25 secs after spawn.
Must be in primary fire mode of knife, walk up behind someone and hit the 'use'
key.
