I'm looking for something between £80 and £150.
I don't want anything to do with Geforce.

Depends on the rest of your system as well, post specs (CPU type+speed, RAM amount (and speed if possible)) That's what I really need to know.
Anyway, you're in the UK - If you're anywhere near / in London, Tottenham Court Road is a great place to get stuff cheap as you can haggle prices, but you have to pay cash - just try not to get too much off, £25 is probably the max you'll save on something under £200, and that's if you're lucky.
Anyway If not - take a look round :

May I ask why you don't want an nvidia card? I'm actually considering buying one for my next card.
Anyway, my reccomendation for best bang for buck (or power per pound as the case would be) -
Either an ATI Radeon 9700 Pro, or the more recent (and not much more powerful) 9800 Pro
9700 Pro - £91.06 (this week only!)

Otherwise it's just under £100

9700 Pro = OcUK ATI Radeon 9700 Pro 128MB DDR TV-Out/DVI (AGP) - OEM (GX-010-AT)
9800 Pro = OcUK ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB DDR TV-Out/DVI (AGP) - Retail (XR98-C3) (GX-005-OK) £135.07
If you want to get a 9800, don't get an SE, they're terrible cards.
As for all the different brands, they're all essentially the same cards, and it's not like you need some crazy bundle, so I just picked the cheapest.

There really is no point to buying one of those cards now, with newer ones on teh way, and games that are going to eat those old cards up.
You'd be much better off to wait, and save your Squids, or Kilos, or Euros, or whatever you buy things with.
You can hold off buying a video card till the newer ones come out, but then you will never buy one.
So get a 9800 Pro while supplies last and it is still reasonably up to date.
Sides, I'm still running an MX440.
you want to go with a 6600GT i expect, DX9.0c supported fully and as good as a 9800pro in most everything.
They cost $200 or so here.

I have a 1 1/2 year old Radeon 9800 Pro and it still serves me well in everything I play.
