I wasnt offering it for martyr (who btw dosnt host his own TLDs) i was offering it for anyone intrested.

(he sure does), and i certainly have the hardware capacity to do it, even if my connection is a fraction of yours. in any case, that wouldn't be the same as a foreign web host, because you and i live in the same country, and thus have the same laws applied to us, eh?
