The Waves of Frances

Me and some friends went down to the beach yesterday at about 1:30 for some body surfing in the storm's waves. We were pummeled again and again, it was awesome! The frequency of the waves was amazing, you'd jump through one wave only to find one behind it breaking on top of you. It was awesome!

...and this evening after a beach run, my friend Paul and I swam in the remnants of Ivan, which have returned, and the waves from Jeanne, and yes, there was much pummelling, and I am in much pain, but it was cooool. I highly recommend it :-D Anyone else head to the beach for some Stormy Waves?

there's still a tree on my roof - it's creaking as i write this.
