There's has been three main problems with Syndicate Studios:
1) People need to find the time to make them;
2) They need to find areas that are not going to be swamped by n00bs looking to make a name for themselves in killing our troops/vehicles;
3) Most of the extraordinary stuff SOE won't sanction on their copyright.
I know I keep moaning about my own project for PSIL not being permitted, and I'm not deliberately bitching at any one developer, but the problem has always been that companies buy or make stuff, want people to play their games, but also want people to be mindless drones most of the time when they are.
We're now entering an era where people WANT the freedom to customise and do stuff in a way that not only makes games sell more, but makes the experiences for the community better as well... sadly, not every developer shares that vision.
4 weeks of inactivity -> closed, but not deleted. if anybody wants it back, get together a good poll for support, and reopen, it shall.
