Greetings Everyone,
Here is what we have going this week in development for PlanetSide:
Support Merit Commendations: With the Support Experience System now live with Version 3.7, we will be tracking the data from the system this week. We wanted to have a few days of data to better dial in the numbers on the ranks of the merits. Once we have this information collected, we plan on having another update this week or next week to push the Support Merits. All of your activities will still be counting toward these merits.

Training Mission System: This mission system replaces the old offline training system. It takes players through a series of training missions to complete. The systems are all in place for it so look for some major revisions to the content of the missions over the coming days and weeks. We do also intend to open up submission for expert community members to send us outlines of what they would teach new recruits, to turn into missions with their names on them.
Looking For Squad: We are examining the possibility of replacing the Looking For Squad (LFS) function. So far the concept behind the new version of LFS will allow players to seek a squad from anywhere and may possibly allow them to select particular roles they are seeking. This feature may also be used to form larger-scale forces. You can read more information about the Proposed Revisions to Looking for Squad here.
Bug Fixes: We're working on several bugs that have been reported and verified by Quality Assurance.
