Too bad its an SiS chipset, but being able to swap some cards to use any current generation processor (Pentiums Ms/775/754/939) is pretty cool. Although not made for performance, If they don't cost too much when released, I might get one, could make for a cool looking mod.

Not a good idea, the CPU is pointing down towards the video card. The last thing you want to do is get those 2 close together since the heat will cause both cards to fry and those being typically the 2 most expensive parts of your computer are definately not something you'd want to fry.

CPU points up. One of teh northbridges points down, but the heat is negligable on A64 chipsets. If it were the other way around, there would be major clearance issues, EG: Heatsinks smashing through video cards.

Though if you were to put a high end video card in the anyway, you'd have heat problems anyway if you arent using a 775, since heat tends to rise up, and would be right under the CPU. i think its fairly obvious that High End is what this board is about, so unless you have brain damge and stick an fx-55 right on top of an X850 XT PE and cook it, you deserve it.

Your right, didn't quite catch that. Interesting concept but I'd say it's not worth it. I would however use this as a test tech bed to test for bad processors for clients. That would be a good idea.

That is a good idea, hence why I may get one, Im always testing and breaking shit, and it would be much easier to have just one motherboard to use, than swapping everything constantly, a quick card change would save a whole lot of trouble.
