View Full Version : Customer Service Representative Monthly Rating (CSRMR) - April 2005
This is an idea I just had about 5 minutes ago. Let the customer rate the Customer Service.
Could be done monthly, or maybe this will be the only time, it certainly is a good idea I think and who knows...maybe a graph will give SOE the statistics they need to make a move.
the problem i see with this is that our remaining customer service representative only gets involved when he feels that punishment is in order; the result is that all contact with customers will be negative.
Well, if his involvement with the community is only to bring order to the game, then he can still be viewed positively if he's acting in a way that does actually benefit the community.
I.e. If someone is spamming and being offensive and everyone is sick of him being around, CSR steps in and gets rid of the guy. Bam, he's a hero for two minutes.

I never liked DanB myself, but back in those days he wasnt as free...as he is now.

From my own personal experience they have been superb.... but theres always room for improvement!
on the record, i have to say that SOE really stepped up and dealt with the situation i observed, and i'm quite happy with the results.
