ok, quite simple
I'm quiting paint to move to some other program iny ideas (plz include a price)
maybe somthing simple and cheap, as a stepping stone :)
if you want i could use some tips as well

I use some of the pricier art programs cause it's what I use in the work place. I'm not familiar with a lot of the lesser costing ones, except maybe Paintshop Pro, which can be bought for $129 at Best Buy but also has a free trial, or maybe Photoshop LE which is $100. I believe you can also get a free 30day trial for that or for the very powerful Photoshop CS from Adobe's site.

You can also get the tryout for Fireworks at Macromedia, which is what I use mostly for my work (it combines the best set of vector tools and bitmaps that I've seen so far...plus it operates seamlessly with Dreamwaver and Flash).

i've used fireworks before,
exelent at making logos
but not as good at designing stuff,
i dident use the vector tools much, just the bitmap ones
